Can't believe it took me this long to write this review! It came highly recommended by my sister so after we fell in love with it on a sunny Saturday we've been back many times. Generally we get the flight which is one of each of the 4 main slices. This doesn't include the special of the day or seasonal. If you want something spicy and eye watering go with my #1 the Angry, a slice of pepperoni, pickled serranos, spicy tomato fresh + aged mozz. My 2nd fav. Is the Mozz a delicious slice of lemon, fresh mozz, fontina, whipped ricotta was a sweet creamy slice of heaven. I liked the acidic flavor from the lemon cutting though the thick creaminess of the ricotta. It's definitely on the sweeter end and I'd say this is more of a sweet treat. The 3rd is called the Pepp, your classic pepperoni but with serranos and nice dollops of aged mozz with a fine drizzle of honey! Personally, I really enjoy the honey because it cuts through the spiciness of the Serranos, but my sisters and my husband have mentioned that it gives it like a tangy flavor that they're not necessarily wanting on their pizza slice. Finally the Marg! A beautiful gourmet, looking slice of basil, tomatoes, and mozzarella. You can't really go wrong with this one. The flavors are there. It's delicious however personally I want something that has more to it, which is why the angry is my go to!! Also have tried both the chopped and Caesar salads. Both are really delicious. I really like the crunchy and different flavors of the chop salad. However, the Caesar salad has a really nice creaminess to it I'm not sure where they get their dressing, but it is so good that I really have no way of picking which of these two salads is better because they're both really amazing! Finally I do appreciate that when we have done takeout, 15ish minutes later we get home and the pizza slices are still warm and delicious. There hasn't been a time where I see a pile up of oil above the cheese which I also really appreciate. Overall, one of the best pizza bars ever to have opened up in Albuquerque!!!

I really love the concept of this place. It's a pizza slice bar. You order at the counter and your food is brought to you. The decor is simple and sleek and fresh with green tiles, some booth seating and tables. You can also sit at the counter, and there is a large outdoor patio for nice days. The menu is simple - - a handful of different pizzas, a couple of choices of salad, and a small wine and beer menu, and gelato. Pizza comes by the slice, but they are really large slices. We ordered three slices - - The "White Lemon," which has fresh mozzarella, fontina, lemon, and whipped ricotta. We also ordered the "Angry," which is a pepperoni pizza with thinly sliced jalapenos, and the daily special, which was a pepperoni pizza with strips of green chili. We also ordered a chopped salad, which was big enough to share three ways. All were delicious! Believe it or not, with just one slice each, we were too full to even try gelato!

Food that arrives to you quickly and tastes pretty great. Customer service is pretty good and they routinely come around picking up empty plates. The courtyard should be cleaned everyday due to the amount of debris that stirs around the area. It made the area look dirty considering how nice the actual restaurant is. I would recommend their Lambrusco with the pizza. It was a nice addition rather than deciding between just red wine or rosé. The slices are large so feel free to split the flight they offer. I was however a little suprised with the cheap plasticware and thin paper plates.

Gimanis has indoor and outdoor seating. Their sauce on the pizza is made fresh which just makes any slice great. The slice are really big which was great bc they were cooked to perfection. Their salads are also fresh and have homemade mozzarella on them.

We had wanted to try Gimani for a while now and finally got the opportunity to stop for dinner. The restaurant was pretty busy which we expected for a Friday night but we were able to get a table easily after ordering at the front counter. I ordered a slice of the lemon pizza and my husband had two slices of pepperoni. The food was brought to our table quickly. The staff said my lemon slice was too small for what they typically serve and brought me a second slice. I would have been completely fine with the "small" slice they had brought me but their attention to service and quality control was appreciated.

Came here with a friend. And OMG the experience and tastes were wonderful! I'm from Chicago, I take pizza seriously and this was one of the best slices I've had in a long time! I had the Ramp up pepperoni slice, you have to try this!! The ingredients are so fresh! That burrata and hot honey are just bomb!! To drink we got the Spaghett-- which was just delicious and light for the afternoon. We shared a chopped salad which was huge and soooooo good!! But the dessert-- pumpkin swirl gelato!! If you are a PSL kinda person this pumpkin gelato (swirl is best) was phenomenal!!! Definitely going back!

Rounding up from 3 1/2 stars. The service was super friendly and quick. Inside was a bit loud and we would have sat on the patio but it was uncovered and it was raining. Since it was our first time eating here, my friend and I got a margherita slice and a lemon slice to share so we could try both. The margherita was solid, the lemon didn't have a strong enough lemon taste for me but was tasty. The gelato was really good, a soft serve with a creamy rich texture, and it was interesting to try it with olive oil and sea salt topping - I was neutral on the olive oil but the sea salt was really good! Definitely a nice place for a quick tasty slice.

A complex menu isn't needed here, in fact, it's the simplicity that entices. This is no ordinary slice bar, but rather traditional offerings mingled with an avant garde twist, and what it does it does well. I ordered the white lemon slice (lemon, fresh mozz, fontina, whipped ricotta), and it was mahvelous. Simultaneously light and savory with just the right amount of crunch! Absolutely delightful on such a hot summer day. I also tried the sweet cream & cherry swirl gelato drizzled with olive oil & sea salt...perfecto! I'll most certainly return and try another slice (possibly the ramped up pepp?) And a salad...perhaps even a glass of vino to accompany:) Don't miss this hot spot...

Well after seeing lots of posts about this place, I decided I needed to give it a try. The pepperoni with hot honey was pretty good and of course I had the gelato which I ate first and have no picture of. The place was bright and hoppin. Plenty of seating in and out and if you feel so inclined to sit and the bar and watch the magic happen please do. Workers were on top of it! Making sure everything was cleaned up. Bummer though, my friend had one bite left and they thought he was done and took his plate. I tried the lemon one, I do like lemon and it was just okay for me. Squeezing lemon juice makes it a bit better but getting a bite was sufficient. Will definitely return, will be curious to see what the special is next time.
